GK MB2-500 Help!!!

I have what I think is a first run MB2-500 purchased in 2008.
A while ago it started sounding fuzzy on every note. How do I go about getting this head repaired? Thanks in advance for your advise/help.

I had a similar problem with my 400RBIV. They fixed it right up.Good customer service. Call them though, don't email.
