GK Neo 112 I vs. II

My current goal is to get a GK 700RBII w/ a NEO 212 and NEO 112. I found a NEO 112 on craigslist and it is the original version. He said it is wider, deeper original model. Anyone know if there are any other differences?

I am 99.9% sure that the only differences between the model I and II is cabinet dimensions and weight. All the components are the same. The II's are a bit smaller and lighter. I own/use the NEO-112 II's and love them.

there are 2 GK NEO 112, the upper cab has to be the first version, the other one on the floor has to be the version "II". Am I wrong?

Yes, the one on the bottom is the NEO II...
