Hi.

The NAMM could be one of the reasons, but I've heard that lately they've been less than stellar with their CS.

That said, I've had nothing but good to say about them. They went the whole 9 yards for me.

BTW, what part(s) do You need?
Manufacturers seldom use OEM parts that can not be substituted with something else. You have the schematics, right?

Call them on the phone, don't rely on email. Some companies are aweful with email parts requests.
