Did somebody connect a gk1001rblll amp to the fearful15/6 cab? How does it sound? Can the fearful take all the power of the gk without blowing the woofer?

Forget about the biamp/tweeter amp thing. Set the amp to full range and plug into the "low" output. I does have enough power to blow it if you crank everything to 10 but under normal circumstances you should be fine. Like anything else, listen to the speaker, it'll tell when it's time to back off but in the case of a 3015lf that limit is way up there.

The fearful is limited at around 800W. I doubt you'll hurt it.

The 3015LF is rated for 450w (8 ohm).
The 1001 rb is rated for 460W (8 ohm).
I doubt you will have any problem.

I used to have a 1001 rb II and it sounds great. You could blow the woofer if you cranked the bass up, but otherwise unlikely.

I'm using a 1001RB II with a fEraful 12/6 (Alpha) as my primary rig. Mostly for stage monitoring. When the room size doesn't justify running through FOH, the 12/6 - GK combination can handle it on its own. But the band doesn't play at war volume.

I'm very pleased with the results.
