GK700RB issue???

I have a GK700rbii. I really dig it. But, after about an hour or so playing through it, it starts putting out a distorted and kind of a 'mushy' sound. It comes on gradually. And it is not a 'cool' distorted sound. It is subtle, and the rest of the band does not notiuce it, but it is there fore sure. The volume, boost, and woofer (woofer is the master volume) are only running at about '9 oclock'. The amp is not hot either. Anybody else notice this? The amp has such a clear powerful tone eartly on, but gradually progresses too a bit of mush and distortion.? Help me out

Try cleaning your effects send and return jacks, common problem,
I have a 400 RB and have much the same problen sometimes
