No luck. I am still without a cab(s). I don't want to end up with something I can't get out of, so I am saving up some money and researching to see if anything else strikes me in the meantime.

Thanks all! Rev and I are working out the details on my purchase! So far I've really liked what I've heard on the various You Tube posts on these dynamos!

If you go to David Dyson's Extended FB page, it's a video of him playing through his Glasstone 410 x 115 rig.

Cool Sepp
I think you will be happy.

I am a bit nervous about using it for the first time in our New Years gig but with Brad and Virgils multiple thumbs up, I am pretty sure I will be ok.

We are doing a midday soundcheck mini set so if there are any issues I will have time to sort them out.....but the cab sounds just so damn good I can't imagine any problems cropping up.

Testing new gear always put me a little on edge! Best of luck and please let us know how it works out! What bass and head are you using with it?

The first time I used my Lil G 212, I was using IE's also. The cab was hitting so hard, I took the IE's out!

One of these may be on my lists of cabs to get but I have one question? Why is everyone claiming this is a 1200 watt cab when it has Faital 12PR300 speakers which are 300 watt speakers. Now I would consider it a 600 watt cab ?

The drivers are each rated at 300w RMS/600w program power.

The 600w sounds believable. Don't have much experience with isobarics but their unfartability is their strong suit. Glad I don't have to worry about such things as volume

These Faitals are very interesting to me all of a sudden, though. The 15PR400 has more high end than I ever heard out of a 15" bass speaker, and from what I've heard, they designed it so it beams way less than a typical 15". Guess since your Glasstone cab is crossed over to a tweeter, you can't really get a fix on the high end response, eh? Any chance of you taking one out and putting it in a non-tweeter cab and getting back with us?

I have a single 15PR400 in a cab w/ no tweet...they sound wonderful all by themselves...for me, not quite high enought for slap upright, but for most things it's plenty

OK, well send it to me then

But seriously...I keep wanting to think these would work in a 60's double baffle B-15 cab. Relatively small cab, couldn't tell you the tuning of the ports, but I keep hearing they work well in small cabs. Just don't want to part with the bread for an experiment when I'm happy with the Delta 15a's.

Sound check over and the Glasstone LiL G kicked some serious ass!
While it sounded slightly different than my fEarful 12/6/1 it was amazing with it's deep lows and full sound. Didn't even adjust the tweet cause it was serious good out of the chute.

If I don't hear multiple comments during breaks on the sound of the rig, I will be totally shocked.

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Years Eve!

Outstanding news bro!! Slay'em tonight!!

My Lil G should ship by the end of the week. Sammi has designed a tilt back option into my cab, Should I want it or need to project at a different angle.
