That would probably be the style I would be interested in.
Approx cost?

First of all, reggae isn't as simple as it sounds! STRUGGLED, but got great compliments on the tone and sound! Cutting through a loud drummer and loud guitar chank, this baby sung like a bird! I was straight Dubby all night.
Also, I got my shuttlemax 12.2 out the shop. Finally was able to run both of my Lil G's together! MONSTER RIG!!!!!! I'm glad I went with Lil G 212 instead of the Lil G 15.

Approx cost? | The cart attaches to the cab, so when you tilt it back, the wheels contact the floor. Think of suitcases with wheels. The cover slips around the cab and cart. There is a space cut out of the cover which allows you to grab the cart's handle. The handle slides down when not in use. |

| I ordered the collapsible dolly on my Lil G, and its very useful for a number of reasons. First, obviously, during setup and tear down you can basically roll the cab from/to your car. Even though it weighs like 27lbs, it's still easier to roll when you have your gig bag on your back (especially if you have a big padded one like my iGig).
Secondly, I believe Brad mentioned this already, this new crop of lightweight, powerful heads may easily be vibrated off of the cab. So I extend my dolly and wrap my Speakon cable around and through it as a safety precaution...it keeps the head in place.
The casters on the dolly are kinda small and hard, so if you frequently travel on rough patches of concrete the cab may jump around a bit. You can probably replace the casters with a bigger, more heavy duty kind...I just haven't really needed to. My observation is from the few times I've taken the cab on rough concrete.

I'm glad I went with Lil G 212 instead of the Lil G 15. | You do have a killer rig there. And I agree Reggae is not easy to play if you're really playing it the way it should be played. I auditioned for a Reggae group and didn;t get the gig. They said I was too funky. The next guy behind me was checking me out and when he played he was copping my S%^t. He was Jamaican and got the gig. Needless to say, I laughed all the way home about that.

Virgil- much obliged. Since this is my first new cab purchase in ages,I want protect it. Checked out the cover makers mentioned in this thread(LeCover,Tuki,DF2),& they all look quality. Haven't seen one specifically made for the Lil G yet. Interested to check it out.

| | | | OK, it's been a while since my last post on this thread. Sammie sent out a new Lil G 212. It arrived the other day and for my inconvenience, he installed the 4 & 8 Ohm switch. While I'm not sure how often I'll use the cab on 8 Ohms, it's nice to have some flexibility.
The new cab is perfect in every way and it sounds fantastic!! I received my orange TB500 and had the head cranked to 5 with the gain up around noon. I thought I'd shake things off the walls!! 500w or power in a package that weighs in at 50 pounds! It's exactly like I hoped it would be!!
Thanks Sammie and all who have been of assistance! I can't say enough good things about Glasstone! You guys rock!!!
Sepp

Stephen,
Thanks! It's a Blackstar. All my RICs sound great through this rig but the Blackstar is just badass through it!!

If you don't order from LeCover make sure you tell whomever to allow room for the wheels to turn on the cart. Also allow space for the cart's handle and the cabinet strap handle on the side. |
