So many amps, get something with a lot of EQ shaping ability.
I don't trust micro amps as far as I can spit one. If it can't survve being shot to the moon or be fixed in a shed with a soldering iron I don't want it.

Genz-Benz: STM-900/600, STL-9.2/6.2.
All are wonderful heads, all are under $1000. They are voiced differently, so you have to decide what voice you want. Personally, I prefer the SVT sound, so I went with an SVT-7PRO, but the GB heads are just as good, maybe even better. |
