Is this a Good Deal?--Hartke HA2000 & 215XL for $375

Sorry to bother with such a newbie question, but I found the above items for sale locally at that price and was hoping some of you more experienced players could give some insight. Good enough, good enough for the price, great deal, total rip off? I appreciate any and all advice/opinions.

By way of background, I'm a guitar player who has begun playing bass in a new band and I'm scrambling to get gig ready equipment. It's been nearly 25 years since I played bass and I haven't kept up with who makes good solid entry level gear. My "main" bass is a Schecter Stilletto Extreme 4.
