Good extension cab for Bassman 250 210 combo

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a bassman combo 250/210 that I use for church P&W setting. I use the DI into the PA but looking for an extension cab to get more sound from the stage as well. What is a good extension cab for this amp?

Thanks

I may be wrong, and check with your owners manual to be sure, but I looked into a 250/210 a while back and I think that the head is only 4 ohm capable, which the current 210 configuration is (2 8 ohm 10's) ... that would mean to use an additional cab, you would need to unplug the current cable, so you really wouldnt be gaining anything, unless you used two external 8 ohm cabs ...

I may be missing something, but if you are going direct to the house, just using the 250 as a stage monitor, do you really need more than this?? ... the church I am at has a little Hartke 100 watt (if that) 110 that I use for this, and I run it on about 3 or 4 max ...
