$200 for it. Supposedly in great shape, almost never used, Just a back-up. I have a chance to get it locally tomorrow. Should I pull the trigger?

I would buy it if it works and doesn't have any problems.

200$ for that amp is a steal, if it's in good running condition that is.. Around here, SVT-IIP's cost about 1400$ new.

Can't go wrong with an all tube Ampeg head, especially at that price.

If it works and is in good condition you would be crazy not to buy that amp at that price. As a matter of fact you are lucky I don't live in the Ville anymore or else I would have tried to figure out where you were meeting up and tried to beat you to that deal.

Yeah this is the Ampeg Preamp, I am not sure if I made that clear. It has 3 tubes. From my research I see that it sells for $300-350, so not a bad deal. If I really like it, I may cut my Eden WT400 loose. If not, I will put it up on the classifieds at a good price that covers shipping.
