Is this a good trade? acoustic 330 for eden metro head

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi there!
I'm looking for opinions on this trade:

I have an 1980 acoustic 330 head with a 403 1x15 (mod) box. Upgraded(?) with rat fur all over and wheels. At least repaired once (I am the 3rd owner, I believe), no working reverb tank.
(300w and up to 2ohm rating, 2 channel. HARD to come by AND ALSO HARD TO SELL. (I'm in Argentina)
Paid 600u$s for it. Tried to sell it 1400 bucks but no luck yet.

I'm being offered the head of an Eden Metro combo. Head only.
(2 channels, 400w in 4 ohms.)
Here, it goes for close to 1300u$s.

Oh, and I'm expected to pay 400 u$s on top of my stuff.

I'm looking for a less vintage and more modern rock sound, to be paired with a pair of BFM's Jack 10 (great cabs and clean sounding).
Opinions?

a) fair trade?
b) Would I have more luck by trading it here and paying international shippings?

PS: I'm checking the TB's policy of no selling/trading outside the designated forum, I hope this message complies. I'm asking for opinions, nothing else
EDIT: some spelling.
