Good Trade....Bad Trade?!?

Looking for some advice!

I have a guy willing to trade me a Kustom Groove 1200 head, and a Madison 8x10 cab, for a couple combo amps I have (fender rumble100, acoustic b200).

I know the issues I'd deal with lugging this rig around, but I'm unfamiliar with Madison cabs.

Anyone play through one of these cabs? Are they worth anything?

IIRC Madison tend not to be very good.

Haven't played the madison but they were/are pretty budget stuff.

If the amp is in good shape I would think a powerful head would be worth a combo.
