Good trade deal? Need opinions!

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if you thought this trade was a good deal or not:

My Warwick Corvette Std 5 (Made in Germany) for an Ampeg SVT Pro 3 + $250.

I could definitely use the head since my SVT-CL is in for repair, and it never hurts to have a backup/practice head. He says the tubes in the Pro 3 are new.
