Got my Univox U-1061 today

It sounds great, Almost exactly like a Marshall Super bass with more bass. It has tons of bass, but the low mids are a little weak. The mid pot doesn't do much. My 66 Fender Showman with no mids has a better mid sound, if you know what I mean. Is there any tweak I can do to make the low mids boost? I guess I'm going to have to play it with an EQ. Other than that it's an awesome amp.

Make sure all the preamp tubes are good.

But cool! I knew it'd sound a lot like a Superbass...
