So my Low Down Amp developes this quirk where the "Amp Model" selector randomly toggles between all the settings. A pain in the butt when your playing, and it switches on you. I self diagnose the issue as the pot. I post on the Line6 site and get instant response by a gentleman named Lin6Miller who confirms my diagnosis from my post info, and passes me a phone number. Although they do not sell electronic internal components to the general public he tells me to give them a call. I call today and speak with parts technician Neil who informs me that they have lots of these in stock, asks me for my address and tells me that he will have it shipped out tomorrow no-charge. What fantastic customer service, this is why I will buy Line6 product again in the future.
