| I have no ideas in terms of anywhere to get a replacement; however, I have a good friend who does professional sewing for home decor jobs (curtains, drapes, couch cushions, etc.). If I wanted to have a custom replacement made, I would talk to her first. Folks who do that sort of thing have the best knowledge of where to get cloth and how to do the job. I'd try asking around your area for someone who does that sort of thing. Typically, they won't charge you to look at a job, especially if they have their own shop and you can bring the item to them. My friend charges $35.00/hr. I can't imagine that it would take more than one hour to do such a job. She might even tell you where to get a good piece of material and you could to the labor your self. If the cloth is mounted on a wooden frame then I'd be temped to build a duplicate with new material and use that. That way, if you ever decide to sell the amp. then you can offer the buyer the "stock" grill. Best of Luck and happy Thanksgiving! |
