guitar amp

hi all here's a noob question can i use a 15 watt guitar amp for practice?or am i going to damage the amp? any caution?

You can use it for bedroom practice, it won't sound great but you can use it.

The amp section will be fine, the speaker may get damaged. You will not get much volume without the speaker sounding bad and getting fried. Stay at a volume where it sounds okay.
