Guitar>bass amp?

Im selling my old bass amp to a friend and she wants to know if she can run her guitar through it? Its a mid to late 80s peavey TKO 80.

Yes, easily. She'll obviously need pedals if she wants distortion, etc. though.

guitar can sound pretty good through bass amps, but tubes definitely help in the area of distortion. She might be able to get some if she turns up the gain though.
