Guitar Center I don't know Schroeder cabs.

I was visiting my cousin in Texas, and we went just for fun and was looking at bass equipment. The guy walk over ask me what we were interested in, I told him I was looking for a combo. He ask me what I was playing now, I told him a Fender 800 Pro head and a Schroeder 310212. My cousin is looking to get maybe a LH1000 Hartke and he uses Schroeder 310212 the only diff. is mine is the light cab my cousin is the heavy. He ask what we played I said country and some blues, and my cousin plays Jazz and Blues. He swore up and down the only thing them cabs were good for was just getting loud are just a waste of speakers and wood. He said those cabs have to have a certain type of head to run them. I ask them what and he wouldn't say. What head do you guys suggest and type of music. O they didn't have any Schroeder cabs laying around for sale. And he also told us these cabs would never have the beef to play Jazz are Blues. I don't know we like them. I DO HAVE TO BE HONEST I AM NOT SURE THIS GUY WORK THERE, BUT HE ACT LIKE IT.
