Just wondering if there are any power amps that will fit in a 1/2 rack width space? Actually I know one, the Bose A1 Packlite... Any others?

Doesn't Passinwind use some kind of digital plate amp that he has "racked" with some custom rack ears? Maybe something like that. Or one of the subwoofer plate amps that PartsExpress sells and you fabricate your own rackmount for it?

The MB500 would if you turned it sideways.

I believe if you used right angle connectors, yes. You might need to change the knobs though. You could probably just pull them all off really.

It's 7 and 3/4" deep, so rack is about 19", should give you plenty of clearance.

* hrm, MF says 8.5" deep. Still, it would fit, especially if you pulled the knobs.

I was looking at the sub amps on parts express. seems like you could make a case for them. The only issue I see is that they mostly have a 150hz lowpass crossover. Not sure if you could defeat that though...
