Hartke Aluminum Speaker replacement...

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all,

I did a search and saw a few topics about this but not a clear answer. I need to replace 1 of the 10" speakers in my Hartke 4x10 XL. I have seen that Mr. Hartke has posted his cell but don't want to bother the man with something so trivial.
I have tried to go to the website to purchase but there is no option for that. I have heard that I can send it to them but I don't know what the process is for that. I am about to receive my LH1000 and will be running it with the 4x10 XL until I can get my hands on the Hy-drive 8x10 (month or 2). The speaker is not blown but is definately rattling. Can't hear it when the band is playing but sure can when I am jamming alone. It's not terrible but I can hear it and it needs to be fixed since this will be my back up once I have the Hydrive.

Any help you can give me would be great.

Thanks in advance...

You could email Hartke, or just go ahead and give Larry a call. He's a really nice guy and super helpful. He'll get you sorted out.

You should contact Joe with Samson Tech service. Larry pointed me to him a few months ago and he helped me out with a replacement for my 2200 12" aluminum for a great price.

Unfortunately, I was looking for another a few weeks ago and Joe said they have zero left.

I ended up buying another cabinet and butchering...

I understand why Larry doesn't sell parts repair parts.. I'm sure he also understands (and won't miss me) when selecting other brands.

Definitely just give Larry a call...I'm sure he could tell you in a second how to fix the rattle that you're hearing.
