Hartke HL Heads with Avatar cabs?

Sign in to disble this ad
Anyone using either the Hartke Hl500 OR Hl1000 with Avatar cabs. I'm shopping for a new rig but on the 2 kids in college budget. The TB reviews on both these companies sound good especially their costs. Want this for a contemporary church scenario with ample bottom. Any thoughts or experience?

I've got the lh1000 and it's a great amp. I haven't played those cabs though. You can get the Hartke heads pretty cheap, and they also pop up used so keep an eye out.

Gotta ask...
You wouldn't happen to be out of Arcola, Illinois...The home base of the Lawn Rangers would you?

I'm gigging with two Avatar 210 neo cabinets set-up as a vertical 410 powered by a GK MB2-500.
Love those Avatar cabs!

Before I went with a GK head I also auditioned a GB 3.0, GB 6.0, MarkBass LM II, and a Eden WTX micro head into my Avatars...all sounded very good. I can't help but think a Hartke head would also sound very good into a Avatar cab.
