On my LH1000 I've been using something close to the 'flat' settings of 2-10-2 (bass-mid-treble)... I usually go 3-9-2 to beef it up a bit.

3-10-0. I heard this was the true "flat" setting for this head and tried it out. Sounded good to me so I'm rollin' with it.

On gigs I found the "flat" setting to midrangy. Depending on which bass I'm using, I like the mids at about 7-8, bass around 6, treble varies but generally not above 3. Much beefier but not muddy.

Yeah, I agree with this. At gigs I go:

Bass 5
Mid 8
Treble 2

and just adjust the onboard pre-amp per song

For those who slap, what settings have you been throwing down for that? I don't do it that often, but I've found engaging the brite switch, and having the eq around 5-6-2 (or pretty close to that) gives me the nice booty, but also gets the twink.
