Hartke LH1000 Brand New w/problem!!

Just received a delivery from Sweetwater(good solid company)
and fresh out of the box my brand new Hartke LH1000 is having problems. Volume control (without the bass plugged in) is dirty and scratchy, and when the bass is plugged in there is a distortion scratchy static sound. I called Larry's cell about an hour ago, hope to hear from him soon and I am about to call Sweetwater. I will keep you all posted.

Larry Hartke, is on here a lot. From what I have heard and seen around here, He is an awesome guy to deal with and goes the extra mile with customer service.

Ok Sweetwater is paying for the return shipping and as soon as they get a tracking number they will ship a replacement out....two great companies:
Hartke and Sweetwater!!!!!!
