IMO, that would be a perfect match.
The LH500 puts out 500 watts into a 4-ohm load. Your pair of cabs are thermally rated at 400 watts together. In actuality, the mechanical limits of speakers can typically handle about half of their thermal rating. At first, that might alarm you. But as long as you don't dime the amp with the bass knob dimed, you should be fine. Many bassists suggest that the amp be rated at around twice the power of the speaker rating. Since nobody (well, HARDLY nobody) runs their amp on 10 with the bass knob on 10, you will be fine.
Putting it another way, if it were me, and I had a pair of 200 watt cabs, I would not want any less than a 500 watt amp.
