I can only imagine an XL series would sound even better with its chambering and porting. The only con I can think of is that its a square 410 so the sound is at your knees, however, you will have no problem filling the room. The aluminum cones sound great with overdrive and distortion also, just in case you wander into that realm.
cheers.

Only con I can think of, is that the 410XL is heavy.

- Hartke makes awsome amps and you won't regret if you buy it
- xl cabs are very heavy, but you get used to carrying them around |

Now a 4.5 xl -- that would be even better

If it does the cab will take it because it's 400w (and some people say it can be pushed over the edges without problems) ..but that doesn't mean you need to have your amp at 10 |

I remember the 410xl having a lower power handling spec. An LH500 + 410xl should be a potent, reliable rig -- just remember at load out: lift with your legs!

So yes, I would recommend them too. And for that puny 20 euros, get the 4.5!

I think the lack of knobs on the front shows how confident they were that they'd produced a great-sounding amp. |
