Hartke VX115 and VX410?

Would this be a good combination of cabs? I can get both very cheap and i wanted to know if it would make for a good sound. I generally play funk/jazz. Also can anyone recommend a relatively cheap head for this stack?

No combination of a 1x15 and a 4x10 is good. The 15 will fail sooner or later and will always be a weak link. The best combination of cabinets are two identical ones. Pick which cabinet pleases you the most and get a second of that one. Do a search, this topic comes up all the time.
