The Hartke XL series

Yeah I have a HA3500 Hartke head and a stack of the XL series' 115 and 210. Right now I'm have major problems with buzzes and odd response from these cabinets. Right now the 210 cabinet has extremely loud buzz when played through like something inside was vibrating. The same happens with the 115 just not near as much. Being mainly a tube amp guitar player I respect a good sound and like the tube and solid state preamp options. What I'm really asking is to shed some light on this setup. The buzzes are just barely there but still present and not part of what sound I'm trying to achieve. Even with a EQ curve the cuts out past 1k still has that buzz showing up. Thanks for reading and contemplating me situation. Any word on experiences you have received is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Could be a blown driver (worst case) or loose dust cap. Pretty common with the XL cabinets and especially as they age.

How do I find the dust cap? Care to elaborate a little bit?

It's the black thing in the middle of the driver. Remove the grille, play some notes and GENTLY push down on the cap. If the buzz stops, that's the problem. The glue has just let loose.
