My SVT isn't here, but I used an Ashdown Klystron instead. Although not as heavy, the Ashdown weighs over 50 pounds, not exactly a lightweight.
Anyway, you can see the knobs are pretty flat and volume isn't very loud. In the video it sounds loud and distorted, that's just my phone. The volume was pretty low for gig standards and was clean, with no effects and played through a passive bass. My phone does make a great overdrive pedal huh?
The visual also kind of stinks, but you can see the head shift back. The video is also shaky because I'm trying to pluck the string, hold the fret and hold my phone at the same time. http://youtu.be/zHt7PgIXhMs |

I'm thinking the cab probably buzzes with amp on the floor? Loose brace or no brace. Easy fix.

I popped one of the drivers out and shook all of the braces, everything seems to be snug. |

| | | | It won't fix the underlying problem, but in the meantime an air bladder of some sort would isolate the amp from the vibrations. I'm thinking patially filled inner tube, or maybe a couple layers of the big bubble bubble wrap. |

Same would hold true for any powerful head; especially a tube head. Bass cabs cause severe vibrations....PERIOD.
I use a restaurant folding stand; the kind they use to bring lots of plates to your table.
I know.. it doesn't look AWESOME, but I worry less. |

Decades ago cheap built cabs were the norm. Now we have come to expect and demand higher quality.

| | | Here's the best way to brace
Your fix could be as simple as running a single brace from the top to the bottom, but I expect it needs more overall.
A woodworking can stab one in pretty quick.
