Headcase for Mesa M-Pulse Venture 600?

I want to remove the head from my M-Pulse Venture combo and mount it in a case, but Mesa no longer makes the specific case for the Venture head. I've seen a few floating around but can't find one. Anyone have any suggestions? The actual mesa one would be nice, but I don't specifically need that one if someone knows of another way to rack mount it. Thanks for any tips/suggestions.

Question for you M-Pulse Venture users and possible shared experience:

There appears to be a rattle in my Venture that is really noticed at louder volumes (seems to be more at the top of the amp and coming from closer to the power switch on the right). I know this is kind of a generic and non-descriptive question, but did any of you guys ever have a similar issue? I assume something internal was just jarred loose, and the amp still performs exceptionally, so what gives?

Any advice, or workaround?

Likewise to the OP, I hadn't thought about removal of the head - did you have anything to go on (instruction-wise) for removal, or are/were you just doing it with your own expertise? If you had any instructions or advice that way - would you mind sharing?
