Help, can't remember new bass head brand

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi guys, I read recently in a bassplayer mag about a head that came out in the last year or two. It was a 2 space rack mountable head that was built like a peice of studio outboard gear. It had a compression section, a pre section & EQ section & resembles a piece of vintage gear. Any clues guys?

Thanks, -john

No, it was a new brand. Not a traditional amp either. It's driving me NUTS!

You wouldn't happen to remember what month bass player magazine it was in? I subscribe to it and have them here at home with me.

Kinda sounds like the Marcus Miller preamp from SWR. Then again, it sounds like a good bit of heads out there right now.
