Help Me Decide: Eden EGRW264 or Fender Rumble 350?

Of the amps I can find locally, these are the two that are the most affordable and give me the power and tone I want.

The Eden is a separate amp and combo. The amp is 4.3 lbs. and rated 250w. The cab is a 1x10 and rated at 300w. This combo is very small and lightweight (about 29 lbs.) The price is a bit high at $649 although I have an amp that I can trade in for $160. The down side is that one speaker can only handle the B string up to roughly half the volume (although that is very, very loud,) and I would have to eventually shell out another $300-$400 for a bigger cab. The plus side is that it really sounds good!

The Fender Rumble 350 is very large amp that reminds me of the old SWR Redhead. It is pretty bulky, but it does have casters. Still, I think it would be a fairly tight fit for my smaller car's trunk, and I'm not that crazy about hoisting a 63 lb. amp on a regular basis. The pluses are that it can totally handle a B string with no sweat at the type of volume that I need from time to time. The amps sounds good too, but probably not with quite the sparkle of the Eden. The best thing about the Rumble 350 is that it would run me about $499 before taxes although I would probably only get about $100 for a trade in from that dealer.

Let me know what you think, guys and gals!

That Eden reminds me of my Genz 3.0 Shuttlemax. A friend of mine uses a Rumble series combo and it sounds great. Only thing that holds me back on the Eden is that the cab that comes with it is a 4 ohm cab and the head is 4 ohm min. Kinda leaves you with no future options...

Get an amp that fills your needs. If the Rumble 350 (combo?) is more of what you need and at a better price, I would opt for it. 63 lbs isn't so bad. I regularly move my 70+ pound Bag End 210 around and I'm not a big guy at all. I need help moving the 410 though. It's 100+ lbs and just too much.

The Rumble is a combo. 63 lbs. Is not a hard lift for me because I am very large and fairly strong for someone who AARP eligible.
