1. Buy a speaker stand that aims the 15 Neo cab I usually use at my ears. Seems logical, but.... where do I put my Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0? Do I attach it to the top of the cab so that it won't fall off or...? Also, when I'm playing with a band that uses JBL Eon's with no subs, will I lose a lot of bottom end out front by not having the cab in contact with the floor?
2. Add a 210. This would also seem like a good fix except my 115 is a 4 ohm, so I would need a 16 ohm 210 to go with it, right? I would also want the new cab to be Neo.
Suggestions?

It would probably sound a lot better once you get it out of that barrow.
This is exactly why a small 4Ω cab is usually a bad idea IMO. If it were 8Ω you could get another one just like it, or an 8Ω 2x10 for that matter.
AFAIK, the Shuttle 6 doesn't run safely at 2Ω, so you would either need a new amp (either 2Ω cabable or a stereo amp) or ditch the cab and get new one(s).
OR, put your cab on a barrow to get it closer to ear level.

A flight case for example would do the job, unless you also need more volume. If your cab has rat fur, some velcro will secure the amp on top.
