Lister says its a Crate 1x15 but has no idea the wattage or ohm load. shot him an email but have yet to get a reply. Can you let me know the model number, wattage, ohm rating, etc. any info will help, seems like a great deal.

For $60 I'd grab my head and a bass and head on over to give her a try. See the rating while you're there. Worse case, throw in a driver that fits the cab dimensions and your desired ohm ratings and there you go.
