Help on an offer

Hello,
So I have been searching for a solid amp to use with a drummer and guitar player(and for practice of course) and was offered this:

Crate BT-350 w/ Fender 2x12 cab - all for $270

and

Line 6 LD150 - for $275

which seems like a better course? I play a 5-stringer, havent really heard much about the Crate other than its a tube head.

The Crate is the better of the two.

It has a single 12ax7 in the pre amp, and thats about it. Not a bad amp, and not a bad set up.
