Help replacing a hartke 10" speaker

I have a hartke 410xl. I noticed one speaker not moving and figured it blew out. Opened the grill and To the touch the speaker cone is hard as a rock. What type of speaker could and should I replace in the cab. Thoughts? Thanks guys.

The Hartke XL will be the best (and most likely the cheapest) replacement.

~70€ the last time I bought one.
