Help with static from B15R

Sign in to disble this ad
Just a few days ago I brought my amp in to have it serviced to a well known and respected luthier here in Chicago. He replaced the two power tubes. Today I plugged in for the first time and there's a great deal of static and hiss coming from the speaker. I haven't changed anything else. The power cord is grounded into a power strip with a grounded plug. Does anyone know what it could be?

In the past when I use my wah pedal too closely to the amp I get a radio sation through it. Maybe that's relevant? Maybe just the speaker is blown?

Yup, something's wrong, and it's not the speaker.
