Question help with static coming from my Ashdown Evo 500RC

Sign in to disble this ad
so I have had this head for some time now(Ashdown EVO 500RC), a about half a year and i have discovered there is a very loud out put coming from it, its like a static sort of sound... its there when your turn it on without anything plugged in, I have also eliminated that face that i could be my bass or leads, they work fine with my combo. it seems to be something to do with the treble control; if i roll it completely the static fuzz pretty much goes, its really starting to bug my now.

If any one can help me out it, would be great to hear from you.

cheers dan.
