Hey Tube Amp Guys

I've bee cleaning out my garage and found a box of old tubes.
could any of you identify these?
The lettering looks like:
" EI-MENOO "

ECC-83's and 12AX7's are usually found in the preamp sections of most tube amps and hybrids.
