Homemade bass cab help?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a 15 inch Eminence speaker with 300 watts 8 ohms, that I built a box for. I just bought a Behringer Ultrabass BX4500H. It works pretty good rattles the room I'm in, but their are three outputs on the amp. 1 is a 450 watt with 4 ohms. Then there is 2 with 250 watts to 8 ohms. Should I bridge the two with a splitter into my one cab input?

No. You just have a choice of two 1/4" and one speakon connector, all usable as you wish for a minimum 4Ω load. You will not actually be "bridging" anything, at best it will make no difference at all, at worst you'll bugger it up real good.

What can I say, I'd rather do this than my #^%&@ taxes.
