Question How badly will I be overpowering???

I have been given an extremely good deal on a vintage Sunn 412l bass cabinet. It is rated 160 watts at 8ohms, and I was wondering to know if it would be safe to use with a Mesa Boogie M6 Carbine. The Carbine puts out about 300 watts at 8ohms, and I plan on using a Fender 410h cab along with the Sunn cab to get a 4ohm load.

It's fine, so long as you don't push the speakers beyond their limits. Use your ears.

Everything will be fine if You have at least one good ear and a bit of common sense.
