How do you think this would sound?

I have a Lakland 5 string bass into a bmax into a crown xls2000 into a mark bass traveler 15. I have a chance to add a bag end s12d to the set up but I'm worried about it with the low b. I dont use the b that often and I play rock, but nothing too heavy. I was thinking that I could use the crossover function or the high pass filter to cut the lower frequencies that could make the bag end fart out. Also, the bag end is rated at 200 watts and my mark bass is 400 (both 8 ohms) although all reports say the beg end can handle more. Since I'm running in stereo I could control the volume of each cab i believe

Don't even worry about it. ANY modern cab, including Bag Ends, can handle a low B unless you are pushing them to their absolute max.
