How old is this GK MB150E?

I'm trying to sell a Gallien Krueger MB150E for a friend. The serial number is 1E9917E41150078. Could anyone tell me what year this would be made?

I'm sure Gallien Krueger could tell you
but a very quick Google search says it was made the 17th work week of 1999.
