How to re-glue dust cap?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a 10" speaker that has its dust cap pushed in. I was able to pull the cap back out using a pin and a paper clip. The dust cap is undone at its seem where it was pushed in, about 1/2 way around. How can I re-glue it? I played the speaker and the cap vibrates and buzzes...I can't just leave it. I would if I could.

i've used E6000. It isn't as hard as super glue and it will allow the cone to move around it.

I have e6000, i thought it would be too thick, and wouldn't you want the cap to NOT move?
