I just picked a SWR Basic Black that still has the plastic on the grill and a Quik-Lok stand for $100...I had to tell some one!

If so, I saw that earlier today. But I wasn't sure what I was looking at. I was gonna get on TB and do a search about it but had to roll out for awhile. Still haven't done the search to see what it is, just felt it was too underpowered for my uses from the features in the ad.

But if its something you can use, its rare or just a great deal cost wise, good for you. I was mainly looking for two bass cab ads I had added pics to this morning, so sure wasn't shopping but it did catch my eye. Let us know how it works out for you.

I owned a Basic Black for a few years and thought it was one whompin' combo. Congrats!

Same one. I had one of these combos years ago and loved it. I think I paid $549 for it new, don't remember. These are smoking combos, you can drive a Goliath cab with it. I needed a good combo, all I have are stacks ( SWR SM-400, 2-Goliath III's, Trace AH250GPSMX11 head and a Basson 2x10), so I needed something light.

I love my Basic Black, It's losing some steam so I'm taking it in to get looked at, but it is a great combo and that is one hell of a deal for it...
