I need some amp and cab math help.

Today I got teo GK backline 115 BPX cabs. They are 8 ohms at 200 watts.

Is that peak?

My B2R/SVT 350 is 200@ 8 ohms, and 350 @ 4 ohms.

When I am running it like a half stack would I be ok as long as I didn't push my amp to the max?

Also when I run both cabs I am running a speaker cable to each each cab. Is that pushing 350 watts to each cab? Or is it about 175 to each cab?

Trying to make sure its ok to run this head with these cabs so I don't blow any speakers.

You should be fine with that combination, just listen to it, as even "perfect" combinations can blow speakers. With that being said, this is as good a pairing as there is.

When running both cabs, you'll be pushing 175 watts to each.

the amp does not put out full power all the time, it controlled by the volume knob. so just listen to your speakers they will tell you if they are hurting . I would not worry about it.
