I need some input...

So, I'm trying to work out a rig. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING!! ARG!

Okay, so link to a local classifieds site:
Castanet Classifieds - Bass amp/tuner/cabinet/power conditioner.

So, I want this cab, but the guy doesn't want to sell it alone. I haven't asked him about buying the cab and the SM-500, which I would proabably do if the price wasn't too bad. He said that because I was genuine on the phone that I could have the whole thing for 1k..

For starters, I don't think a power conditioner is necessary for me. I have a pedal board, with a tuner pedal already, and I don't want to lug around an extra 10+ pound rack full of stuff that I don't need.
So does anyone think it's worth it for me to do that deal, but then try and sell of the conditioner and the tuner and recoup some income? I don't think I can really sell these on TB... cause I wouldn't be able to become a supporting member.

And... How much is the stuff that I don't want worth? Like, would I be realistic in saying that I could score (in the end) the cab and the head for $700?

Please tell me I'm right!! I don't have alot of money to spare guys, there's other awesome things in the world!

Thanks guys.
