I need of "sound" advice

By sound advice I mean opinions based on experience. A pun, get it?

In March and April I will going out on my last little tour, which means the need for my SVT-CL and 810E will greatly decrease. After this tour I will be attending the Army Infantry Officer Basic Course, so I will not be playing large clubs in the foreseeable future(10 years till retirement). I have come across an Ampeg B15N, and I am considering selling my rig to fund the purchase. As much as it would hurt to part with an amazing set I just feel that it would make sense.

Your input is greatly appreciated
