Even with the highs turned full on both, bass and amp, those sharp highs doesn't sound, (just a little) not even when i slap.. it will be damaged? there any way to take it out and test it separately?

I had one go out on an old Eden cab I owned, and on one of my current EA cabs. Contact Eden and they should get you one, or tell you where to buy one. They should be inexpensive and it's an easy fix. I wouldn't buy a replacement horn until you try this. |

If not, the causes in order of likelihood are (1) a loose tweeter wire, (2) a burned out fuse as BassmanPaul suggested, then (3) a blown tweeter diaphragm. |

If you can't hear a lot of cymbals and high-hat you know the tweet isn't there. Of course it really doesn't tell you whether a wire is loose inside, or a high-pass/crossover component blown, or the diaphragm itself. |
